Job summary

PT Transavia Otomasi Pratama is seeking a Project Controller (Electrical & Automation) to monitor project progress against schedule and budget, and to identify potential issues early.

The role requires coordinating with other departments, providing regular status updates to executives and customers, compiling variance reports, and delivering weekly, monthly, and final project reports. A Bachelor in electrical/physics/instrumentation and at least 3 years in industrial automation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics Engineering / Instrumentation Physics from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in industrial automation project.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skill.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project & Primavera.
• Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the project’s progress to ensure it is on schedule and budget, and identify future problems.
• Provide regular updates on project status to executives and customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Monitor completed action plans and respond to issues with related parties.
• Investigate variances and submit variance reports to management.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and final project reports.
