Job summary

PT Archi Indonesia Tbk is hiring for an HSE professional to monitor field activities, conduct inspections, and lead safety initiatives at remote mining sites. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, suitable certifications, and the ability to work on roster at a remote site. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Certifications such as AK3 Umum, SMKP, ISO 45001 preferred.
• Willing to work at a remote mine site on a roster.

Duties

• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and behavioral safety observations.
• Facilitate toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs.
• Participate in risk assessments, JSA/JHA reviews, and Permit to Work (PTW) processes.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements and project standards.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, statistics, and regulatory documentation.
• Support emergency response preparedness, emergency drills, and response activities.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and encourage hazard identification and reporting.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable mining regulations, environmental requirements, and the Company's HSE Management System.
• Support the implementation of safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the project.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience in mining, construction, mineral processing plants, gold processing plants, or heavy industry projects.
• Relevant HSE certifications such as AK3 Umum, SMKP, ISO 45001, or equivalent are preferred.
• Previous experience in mining, mineral processing, gold processing plants, or major industrial expansion projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of HSE management systems, risk assessment, JSA/JHA, PTW, incident investigation, and safety inspections.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
• Willing to work at a remote mine site on a roster arrangement.
• Willing to work on a contract basis.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
