Job summary

PT. WOOJIN CONSTRUCTION INDONESIA mencari tenaga HSE Officer untuk menerapkan kebijakan dan prosedur K3 di lokasi proyek konstruksi. Anda akan melakukan inspeksi harian, penilaian risiko, serta menyiapkan laporan keselamatan dan dokumentasi proyek.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, keterampilan laporan yang akurat, serta kesediaan bekerja di lokasi proyek. Pengalaman 2–3 tahun di HSE dan latar belakang D3/S1 di bidang terkait menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in OH&S, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years HSE experience; 3–4 years in industrial projects preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies at project sites.
• Conduct daily inspections, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
• Prepare toolbox meetings, safety reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors for compliance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

- Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.

- Willing to work on-site.
