Job summary

PT Seaboard Marine And Offshore Solutions is seeking a Site Administrator to manage manpower, attendance, site documentation, worker records, materials, logistics and HSE administration on an industrial site.

You will record daily attendance, prepare headcount reports, manage timesheets, and maintain site filing and permits. The role requires readiness for overtime, weekends or shifts and involves coordination with subcontractors in a demanding offshore or construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma (D3) in Office Administration, Management or related field is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in site administration, project administration or clerical work
• Experience in shipyard, fabrication yard, offshore or construction environment is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for site documentation
• Basic understanding of K3/HSE requirements
• Able to work independently in a site environment and meet daily reporting deadlines
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or shifts when required
• SIM C and own transportation is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Record daily attendance of employees and subcontractor workers
• Prepare daily manpower and headcount reports
• Compile overtime and timesheet records for payroll submission
• Maintain leave, sick leave and permission records
• Maintain site records, filing systems and daily reports
• Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence and other site documents
• Maintain permits, toolbox meeting records, HSE documentation and inspection records
• Issue and monitor site passes and ID cards
• Maintain gate and visitor records
• Ensure workers and subcontractors complete required HSE site induction
