Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an on-site HSE professional to assist in audits, incidents reporting, and the maintenance of QHSE documentation. The role supports the implementation of HSE programs, safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices across projects.

The candidate will help enforce an Integrated Management System, manage risk, and participate in incident investigations, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HSE practices, safety procedures, fire prevention, and waste management.
• Preferably certified in K3, First Aid, or Fire Safety.
• Able to prepare reports and documentation with good attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site (field/building projects).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and incident reporting.
• Maintain and manage QHSE documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support implementation of HSE programs, including safety procedures and emergency response.
• Ensure Integrated Management System implementation and risk control within the department.
• Foster commitment to understand and adhere to IMS requirements.
• Participate in investigation processes of accidents and incidents.
• Engage in information security controls to protect company information assets.
