PT Emas Pandai Indonesia seeks a hands-on Activation Lead to design and execute offline community campaigns, events, and partnerships that grow brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will translate business goals into on-ground concepts, brief field teams, and oversee execution while tracking metrics and refining future activations across local markets.
This role requires strong leadership, organized project management, and a passion for grassroots marketing in Indonesian communities.
Concept and design offline activation ideas — community events, on-ground campaigns, and local partnerships — that build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for our products
Research and identify untapped offline opportunities and community touchpoints (local markets, motorcycle communities, RT/RW networks, local merchants) where the company can build presence
Translate business and branch acquisition goals into creative, executable activation concepts — from big-picture ideas down to format, messaging, and audience targeting
Develop activation briefs and playbooks, then direct and brief the field/execution team (branch staff, event-day staff, SPG/SPB, vendors) to bring the concept to life on the ground
Oversee field execution remotely and on-site as needed — reviewing setup against the concept, giving direction/adjustments, and making sure the idea translates correctly in the field
Evaluate activation performance (footfall, leads, conversion) post-event and use insights to keep refining future concepts and sharpen how the field team executes
Stay on top of local community trends and grassroots marketing tactics to keep ideas fresh and relevant to our target customers
Strong ideation and conceptual thinking — able to turn a business objective into a creative, on-ground activation idea
Comfortable directing and managing a field/execution team, including hired SPG/SPB or event-day staff, to ensure concepts are executed as intended
Experience or interest in community marketing, brand activation, or event concepting is a plus (background in financial services, grassroots marketing, or community-based brands is a huge plus)
Highly organized and resourceful — able to think creatively and also give clear, actionable direction to a team
Owns a laptop and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating presentations (to pitch concepts and brief teams)
Strong communication and leadership skills — pitching ideas to internal stakeholders and directing field teams clearly
Solid understanding of offline/community marketing tactics and local market dynamics
A keen eye for what makes an activation concept stand out — audience insight, messaging, and experience design
Willingness to do field visits/site checks to ensure execution matches the concept, even without owning full hands-on logistics
