Job summary

PT. Karya Nuansa Bahagia seeks an Event Activation Coordinator to drive offline activations, exhibitions, and mall events from planning through execution in Surabaya. You will coordinate with malls, organizers, vendors, and internal teams to maximize on-ground sales and customer engagement.

The role requires 1–3 years in event management, strong communication and project coordination skills, and willingness to work weekends and travel. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event management, brand activation, trade marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline activations, exhibitions, mall events and other sales activities.
• Coordinate with malls, organizers, vendors and internal teams on event requirements and logistics.
• Act as on-ground sales representative during events, engage customers, present products and close sales.
