Job summary

SUMMARECON MALL SERPONG is seeking an Officer - Parking to coordinate daily parking staff schedules and ensure smooth operations at the Serpong mall. This entry-level role requires basic administrative skills and the ability to manage traffic flow and parking arrangements.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, plus at least 1 year in related fields, with strong organizational and communication abilities. Placement is at Summarecon Mall Serpong.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• 1 year of experience in parking operations, mall operations, hospitality, facility management, or a related field.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate and supervise operational staff effectively.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily parking staff schedules, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day parking operations at the mall.
• Develop and implement parking and traffic flow strategies during peak periods, weekends, holidays, and high-season events.
• Coordinate traffic management arrangements such as one-way systems, entry/exit routing, queue management, and temporary parking adjustments when required.
• Monitor on-ground operations and coordinate with Security, Mall Operations, and other related teams to ensure smooth and safe parking operations.
• Prepare operational reports and evaluate parking issues to identify improvements for future operations.
