Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue. You will lead B2B and B2C activities, secure sponsorships, and manage casual leasing with schools, companies, and communities.

The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding key accounts, and coordinating events and programs at Scientia Square Park, Jakarta area. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in relevant sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in securing sponsorships and managing casual leasing.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in a theme park, recreational industry, or banking sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proven expertise in securing sponsorships and managing casual leasing.
• Target-oriented, capable of achieving both team goals and personal targets, with strong business development & relationship-building skills.
• Experienced in handling B2B and B2C clients, building strategic partnerships, and executing sales programs.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
