Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking a Sound Engineer to set up, operate, and maintain audio and lighting for events at Scientia Square Park. This on-site role requires coordination with Event, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a background in audio/lighting systems. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts may be required based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sound/lighting roles.
• Good understanding of audio and lighting systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to work on-site, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience in live events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sound and lighting equipment for events.
• Manage audio gear: mixer, mics, speakers, amps, wireless systems.
• Set up lighting, including DMX and controllers.
• Run sound checks, lighting tests, troubleshoot on-site.
• Coordinate with event, production, and technical teams.
• Perform routine equipment checks and ensure safe operation.

Job description

• Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or equivalent, preferably in Audio Engineering, Multimedia, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sound Engineer, Audio Technician, Lighting Technician, or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of audio and lighting systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to work on-site, weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on event schedules.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in live events, concerts, festivals, or outdoor events is a plus.

• Coordinate with the Event, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Perform routine equipment checks and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.
