Job summary

PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia is seeking a results-oriented professional to manage OEM customer relationships, with a focus on China OEM accounts. The role covers RFQ handling, quotations, new projects, and overseeing activities from initial inquiry through SOP, including mass production planning.

The ideal candidate will monitor forecasts, orders, and sales performance while coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economic or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in public speaking and presentations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM customer relationships, especially for China OEM customers.
• Handle RFQ, quotation, new project, and customer activities from inquiry to SOP/mass production.
• Monitor customer forecast, orders, sales volume, and business performance.
• Coordinate with related departments on operational matters.
