PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a senior professional to lead national sales planning, incentive design and analytics. You will cascade targets across regions, manage device stock controls for 5G products and coordinate with partners to ensure program success.

You will drive weekly reviews, readiness checks for new markets, and implement KPI frameworks and SLAs to optimize performance across channels.

Qualificações

Five to eight years in sales planning, sales operations or commercial planning.
Built and cascaded targets across regions and designed incentive schemes.

Responsabilidades

Build the national ODU and IDU sales plan and cascade monthly targets to Circle, branch and cluster.
Model and govern the sales incentive schemes for managers and frontline slabs and maintain KPIs and SLAs.
Control 5G devices from storage, set stock limits, require IMEI/serial scans and reconcile daily issues.
Set the process for dismantle and recovery, log requests, coordinate with partners and agencies.
Run the national programme calendar: contests, push programmes, 5G drives and seasonal pushes.
Run weekly national sales reviews comparing MTD vs LMTD and gaps to target with actions.
Run readiness checks before opening new city or cluster: coverage, stock, capacity, channel.
Maintain a single national view of performance across direct channels and specify needs in iSales.
Lead FWA Commercial Analytics and set the analytics agenda for planning, pacing and device reconciliation.
