Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a Product Manager to design and launch ODU/IDU offers, coordinate cross-functional teams across pricing, onboarding, and go-live processes, and translate business needs into IT requirements. You will manage multi-task launches with a focus on channel readiness and post-launch feedback.

The role requires 3+ years in a related field, strong communication, and detail orientation to ensure timely delivery across dealers, retail, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, commercial operations, project coordination, or related field, preferably in telecommunications.
• Basic understanding of ODU/IDU products, pricing, bundling, and telecom services.
• Experience coordinating product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of business processes and IT requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop ODU/IDU product offers and bundles (device + tariff + install) with pricing and product teams.
• Define channel rollout requirements - dealers, retail, digital - and support channel onboarding.
• Translate business needs into business and IT requirements: ordering, provisioning, billing and activation readiness.
• Run launch readiness checklists and coordinate go-live across functions.
• Collect market and channel feedback after launch and feed product iterations.
