Job summary

IM3 in Jakarta seeks a Product Manager to develop ODU/IDU offers and bundles with pricing aligned to market needs. You will coordinate pricing, product definitions, and launches with cross-functional teams.

You will define channel rollout requirements across dealers, retail and digital, onboard partners, and translate business needs into IT specifications while ensuring on-time go-live and thorough launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, telecom or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, commercial operations, or project coordination, preferably in telecommunications.
• Basic understanding of ODU/IDU products, pricing, bundling, and telecom services.
• Experience coordinating product launches and working with cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of business processes and IT requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop ODU/IDU product offers and bundles (device + tariff + install) with pricing and product teams.
• Define channel rollout requirements - dealers, retail, digital - and support channel onboarding.
• Translate business needs into business and IT requirements: ordering, provisioning, billing and activation readiness.
• Run launch readiness checklists and coordinate go-live across functions.
• Collect market and channel feedback after launch and feed product iterations.
• Project coordination - Keeps many moving parts on one launch date.
• Cross-functional teamwork - Speaks both business and IT language.
• Attention to detail - Catches the missing requirement before launch, not after.
