Job summary

Flawless Diamonds, the first lab-grown diamond brand in Indonesia, seeks an Odoo Functional Specialist to support, optimize, and improve our Odoo ERP across departments as we scale.

You will analyze processes, configure modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, Sales), design workflows with Odoo Studio, and collaborate with developers to deliver ERP solutions, SOPs, and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar position.
• Experience configuring Odoo version 16 or above across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales and Accounting.
• Experience with Odoo Studio for workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, jewelry, FMCG or inventory-heavy businesses preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation projects or data analysis is a plus.

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Specialist to support, optimize, and improve the implementation of our current/ongoing Odoo system across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into functional specifications for Odoo implementation and enhancement.

Configure and optimize Odoo modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, Sales, and other operational modules based on business needs.

Design and improve workflows, automation, forms, reports, dashboards, and system settings using Odoo's standard features and Odoo Studio.

Structure and maintain ERP processes for inventory management, including raw materials, gold stock, diamonds, finished goods, and consumables.

Identify process inefficiencies and propose ERP-based solutions to improve operational effectiveness and data accuracy.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather requirements, improve system adoption, and support change management initiatives.

Collaborate with the Odoo Developer Specialist to implement customizations, enhancements, and technical solutions when required.

Create and maintain SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and training materials related to Odoo usage.

Conduct user training, provide functional support, and continuously optimize ERP workflows as the business grows.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar position.

Experienced in configuring and implementing Odoo version 16 or above across multiple business functions.

Strong understanding of business processes related to Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Accounting.

Experienced in using Odoo Studio for workflow customization, forms, fields, reports, dashboards, and automation.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.

Able to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ERP solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Experience in retail, manufacturing, jewelry, FMCG, or inventory-intensive businesses is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Odoo technical architecture, ERP implementation projects, or data analysis is a plus.
