CS GROUP is seeking a Medical Assistant to support annual medical examinations, manage lab specimens and assist in examinations. You will triage emergencies and provide first aid, while handling confidential HR data and digitalizing medical records.

Candidates should be a registered nurse in the Netherlands (BIG-register) with a Bachelor-level degree and at least 4 years of GP medical assistant experience, fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Registered nurse in The Netherlands (BIG-register).
Bachelor-level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a General Practitioner practice as Medical Assistant.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Support annual medical examinations and collect laboratory specimens.
Assist a preparing employee for examinations.
Triages medical emergencies.
Provide First Aid and basic life support; bandaging and treatment of minor ailments.
Repatriate results of biological examinations, ECGs, vision and hearing tests.
Administer confidential HR-related data in line with regulations.
Digitalize medical records; input data into systems.
Maintain data across SAP HR, Cority/Cohort, MAS, Lotus Notes and MS Office.
