Euromedica Group in Indonesia is seeking a licensed Aesthetic Doctor to provide consultations, assess conditions and recommend treatments aligned with patient goals.

You will perform procedures per medical standards, maintain records, and work with the team to ensure exceptional patient care and a smooth clinic operation.

Applicants should have a medical degree and an active STR; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in a client-facing beauty clinic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an aesthetic doctor.
• Must hold an active STR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Provide aesthetic consultations and medical advice based on patients' needs and goals.
• Assess conditions and recommend treatments, skincare, or slimming programs.
• Perform procedures per medical standards and company protocols.
• Provide accurate information and medical advice on products and services.
• Ensure high standard of patient care and a positive experience.
• Monitor progress and provide follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate patient records per procedures.
• Address inquiries with explanations about treatments and products.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure quality care and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional aesthetic consultations and medical advice based on patients’ individual needs and treatment goals

Assess patients’ conditions and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and/or slimming programs

Perform medical aesthetic procedures in accordance with applicable medical standards and company protocols

Provide accurate information and medical advice regarding the company’s products and services

Ensure a high standard of patient care and deliver a positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey

Monitor and evaluate patients’ treatment progress and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations

Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with established procedures

Address patient inquiries and provide appropriate medical explanations regarding treatments, products, and services

Collaborate effectively with the clinic team to ensure quality patient care and smooth clinic operations
