Volex Batam is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support Customer inquiries and new project implementation from FA to mass production. You will partner with Tech, Engineering, Operations, QA and Sourcing to keep programs on track and ensure 4M readiness.

You will lead kick-offs and reviews, manage tooling readiness and DFMs, and contribute to value engineering initiatives. Strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project are required to succeed in a

Competenze

Minimum 3 years experience in project coordinating roles/NPI in manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCad & Microsoft Project is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

To support Customer Inquiry/New project implementation from FA to mass production stage.
To manage new project success from start to completion, partnering with Tech, Engineering, Operations, QA & Sourcing to ensure work is delivered.
Ensure project plan moves forward to meet deadlines; conduct kick-off and regular review meetings.
To manage 4M readiness to meet customer requirements and to support tooling/DFM readiness for new products.
To support Value Engineering programs and address yearly customer cost reductions.
