Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1 level), both written and verbal.
Willing to work permanent night shift.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service supporting software products.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software.
Experience using ticketing systems, helpdesk tools, and troubleshooting software-related issues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
