Job summary

Ku Creatives Unlimited, an AI-powered ad creative production floor, seeks a Creative Project Manager to lead the editing team and ensure QC before client delivery. You will manage client briefs through final delivery and ensure brand guidelines across accounts.

As a leadership role, you will coordinate timelines, feedback, and production workflows, while maintaining high quality across video, design, and ads for international clients. Must work onsite in Jakarta and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Film, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in PM/production coordination in creative/video.
• Fluent English (C2); TOEFL/IELTS cert required.
• Strong knowledge of video production and post-production workflow.
• Proven ability to lead and give feedback with clarity.
• Excellent client communication and expectation management.
• Highly organized with multiple projects/deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the creative team ensuring on-time delivery.
• Review and approve edits and designs before client delivery.
• Own client relationships from brief to final delivery.
• Track timelines, productivity, and delivery metrics; flag risks.
• Build scalable production workflows and QC processes.
• Collaborate on creative direction and platform best practices.
