Job summary

Ku Creatives is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the editing team, ensure quality control, and uphold brand guidelines across client projects. You will own client relationships from brief to delivery and drive on-time executions.

This leadership role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards for all outputs before client handoff. Remote work is not indicated; onsite presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, communications, film, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in project management, production coordination or creative operations.
• Fluent in English (C2 level) with TOEFL or IELTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the creative team, allocate workload based on capacity and priorities.
• Review and approve edits/designs before client delivery with clear feedback.
• Own client relationships from briefing to final delivery and translate feedback into direction.
• Track timelines, productivity, and delivery metrics and flag risks early.
• Build scalable production workflows and quality control processes.
• Collaborate on creative direction and platform best practices to raise output quality.
