Job summary

Sunshooters Bar & Grill in Seminyak, Bali, seeks an energetic bartender to join our busy bar team. You will craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and engage customers with a friendly, proactive service approach.

We require at least 2 years of bartender experience, strong knowledge of drinks and bar operations, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Indonesian language skills are essential; uniform provided and THR paid per local law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' bartender experience.
• Good knowledge of mixing drinks and bar operations.
• Friendly, outgoing, and polite personality.
• Able to work at night, on weekends, and on holidays.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure during busy service.
• Honest, reliable, and professional.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia (basic English is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Make and serve classic and new cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Talk to customers and take their orders with a smile.
• Keep the bar clean, safe, and neat at all times.
• Check drink supplies and tell the manager when we need more stock.
• Handle cash and card payments fast and accurately.
