You will monitor guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure safety and cleanliness across all areas while collaborating with management on promotions and events.

Role Description

The Club Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia, overseeing operations at Shishi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub, Malverde Tequileria, and Bali Bulldog. This role includes supervising front-of-house teams, coordinating daily shift activities, and ensuring smooth service during peak hours. The Club Supervisor monitors guest satisfaction, resolves issues promptly, and maintains a high standard of hospitality, safety, and cleanliness across all areas. Responsibilities also include managing staff scheduling, supporting training and performance feedback, and maintaining compliance with venue policies and local regulations. The role works closely with management to implement promotions, events, and service improvements that enhance overall guest experience and venue performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or nightlife venues, with skills in club, lounge, or bar operations and guest service.
• Team leadership abilities, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and supporting training and performance coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Operational and organizational skills in scheduling, basic reporting, and maintaining service standards and venue cleanliness.
• Ability to handle fast-paced, late-night environments, including conflict resolution and maintaining safety and security standards.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in Bali or similar tourism-driven markets is beneficial.
