Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is seeking an experienced Night Duty Officer to oversee Discovery Mall Bali's operations during night shifts. You will ensure guest safety, comfort, and seamless service across venues within the mall precinct.

The role requires at least 5 years in nightlife or entertainment venues, with proven skills in managing guests under the influence of alcohol, conflict de-escalation, and fluent English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nightlife or entertainment venues.
• Proven ability to manage guests under the influence of alcohol.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

You will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, guest comfort, and overall venue security during night shift operations at Discovery Mall Balli.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and ensure all operational areas run safely, orderly, and smoothly during the night shift

Handle and manage guests under the influence of alcohol using a persuasive, calm, and professional approach

Implement safety procedures and handle conflicts/incidents swiftly without disturbing the comfort of other guests

Communicate effectively with both local and international guests to deliver high-quality hospitality service

About you

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the nightlife industry (Nightclub, Bar, Executive Lounge, or Entertainment Venue)

Proven ability and experience in managing/handling guests under the influence of alcohol

Proficient in spoken and written English (Active fluency required)

Ability to speak Mandarin is a highly preferred advantage

Demonstrates composure, emotional stability, firmness, and excellent conflict de-escalation skills

In good health, high stamina, and accustomed to working night shifts
