PT. LYD Management Bali is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support all aspects of bar operations, supervise staff, and ensure premier guest experiences in Bali venues.

You will collaborate on strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while coaching staff and maintaining high service standards across shifts.

Assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop strategies for improving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Act as a liaison between bar staff and management, conveying feedback, concerns, and suggestions as needed.

Trained and supervised bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items, drink recipes, and service standards.

Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Assist the Bar Manager in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service.

Interact with customers to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the bar's reputation and brand identity.

4. Operational Oversight

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize profitability.

Assist and support the management in the implementation of promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase revenue.

5. Staff Training and Development

Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, 86’d items, and VIP arrivals.

Attend and conduct training sessions to improve staff performance in cooperation with brand standards

6. Administrative Tasks

Assist the Bar Manager with administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.

Help ensure compliance with legal regulations, including liquor licensing requirements and responsible alcohol service practices.
