Job summary

PT Putra Mulia Telecommunication (PMT) is seeking a NOC/Operations Engineer in Jakarta to monitor network performance, perform L1 analysis, and manage trouble tickets. The role requires collaborating with FSO, BO, and vendor teams to resolve issues and to ensure SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of NOC/ telecom operations experience, familiarity with RAN and transport networks, and availability for 24x7 shifts. Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia MSP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in NOC, Helpdesk, Service Desk, Network Monitoring, or Telecom Operations.
• Experienced in handling Trouble Ticket (TT), Customer Trouble Ticket (CTT), and Traffic Degradation cases.
• Mandatory to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Familiar with RAN and Transport Network (Microwave/Metro Ethernet) fundamentals.
• Able to perform basic L1 analysis, KPI monitoring, alarm monitoring, ticket tracking, and issue escalation.
• Familiar with OSS/NMS monitoring tools and telecom ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Experience in Huawei, Ericsson, or Nokia Managed Service projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle Customer Trouble Tickets (CTT) and Traffic Degradation cases.
• Perform initial network analysis (L1 Segmentation).
• Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with FSO, BO, and Vendors for issue resolution.
• Prepare daily operational and degradation reports.
• Participate in customer operational meetings.
