Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Network Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure and ensure availability, security, and reliability of network services within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Based in Jakarta, you will configure Cisco devices, firewalls, and proxy solutions, monitor performance, handle incidents, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain secure operations in line with SLA and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of network administration/engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco ASA, or Firepower firewalls.
• Familiarity with Trellix Skyhigh proxy solution.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and security concepts.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco enterprise network gear.
• Administer Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco ASA, and Firepower firewalls.
• Configure and support Trellix Skyhigh proxy solutions.
• Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot incidents and outages; document changes.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure secure network operations.
• Follow SLA procedures and security best practices.
