Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in System Integrator, Cloud Provider or IT Managed Service.
- Deep knowledge in network routing, switching, security, wireless, VPN and SD-WAN.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Ruckus, Huawei and Forti equipment.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, DHCP, and networking best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot network customer problems.
- Perform installation and configuration, maintenance.
- Make a technical report regarding the work that has been done.
- Consult with customer to discover growth strategies.
- Resolve Network issue and monitor network performance and utilization.
