Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Jakarta is looking for a senior IT Infrastructure specialist with at least eight years of progressive experience. The role covers servers, storage, virtualization, backup and cybersecurity, and requires proficiency in Windows Server, VMware, NetApp and Commvault, plus AWS cloud operations.

You will support ITIL-aligned incident, request and change management, ensure network and regulatory compliance in Indonesia, and facilitate cloud migration initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive IT infrastructure support.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, NetApp and Commvault.
• Experience with AWS cloud operations and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Indonesia IT regulations.
• Experience upgrading infrastructure and migrating to the cloud.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
