Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk is seeking a Network Support specialist to manage and maintain network devices and infrastructure in Jakarta.

You will monitor data network cabling, support JKD operations (Intranet and Extranet), handle incidents with SLA compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure network reliability. Requirements include a D3 in ICT, at least 1 year in computer networks, strong TCP/IP knowledge, Cisco device configuration experience, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

D3 in ICT, Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in computer networks.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
Experience in managing and configuring network devices, especially Cisco products.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network devices and infrastructure.
Monitor and manage data network cabling.
Support the operation and maintenance of Data Communication Networks (JKD), including Intranet and Extranet services.
Handle virtual events, ticket requests, and incident management while ensuring SLA compliance.
Assist in preparing network management reports and maintaining network administration documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network reliability and service quality.
