Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Infrastructure professional to lead day-to-day operations and drive stability across servers, storage, virtualization, and security.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Windows Server, VMware, NetApp, Commvault and AWS, with ITIL processes and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure support experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, NetApp and Commvault.
• Experience in AWS cloud operations and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Indonesia IT regulations.
• Experience managing infrastructure upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
• Support servers, storage, virtualization, backup and cybersecurity platforms.
• Maintain network connectivity and workplace technology services.
• Manage incidents, requests and changes following ITIL.
• Support AWS cloud operations and disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesia IT regulations.
