Job summary

Equatorise Advisory is seeking Indonesian talent to join as a Consultant focused on Net Zero Sustainability Transition (NZST). You will work on projects at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and ESG strategy.

You will support clients in implementing sustainability reporting frameworks, improving ESG disclosures, and aligning financial strategies with sustainability goals, collaborating with teams across borders to deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and sustainable finance principles.
• Strong analytical skills with ESG data and impact metrics.
• Willingness to research and learn from colleagues and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large sustainability consulting mandates across the full project cycle.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across countries to ensure quality delivery.
• Assist clients in preparing sustainability and ESG reports per standards.
• Understand client context via guided research and data collection for ESG metrics.
• Build and manage client relationships to support success.
