Job summary

ERM is seeking a highly motivated EHS Consultant to join our Jakarta team. You will help develop EHS management systems, water and waste management, and sustainability strategies while working on audits, ESG due diligence, decarbonization, and digital enablement for ESG performance management.

This client-facing role emphasizes strong communication and writing skills as you deliver across diverse industries and contribute to environmental sustainability outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science, engineering or related field.
• 6-8 years of consulting experience in environmental/health and safety advisory.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Sustainable Operations projects in EHS management, audits, decarbonization and digital enablement for ESG performance management.
• Deliver EHS and ESG projects across industries as a consultant.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Assist ESG assessments, analyze exposure, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support EHS audits and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support ESG transformation projects including GH G inventories, water baselines and waste studies.
• Contribute to ESG and decarbonisation strategy development aligned with client goals.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and client deliverables.
• Collect, analyze and interpret sustainability data for insights and recommendations.
