Equatorise is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager – Energy Transition in Jakarta to lead strategic consulting engagements within our NZST practice. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Reporting to NZST leadership, you’ll develop project plans, monitor risks, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting or programme management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in energy transition, renewable energy, or climate initiatives.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving governments and partners.
• Experience with donor-funded programmes or international projects is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across energy transition consulting engagements.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, development partners, and private sector clients.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead governance meetings, executive briefings, and client reporting.
