Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the national sales organization and drive profitable, multi-channel growth across key markets. You will own revenue, gross profit, and commercial performance while guiding Sales Managers and regional teams.

The role requires a robust track record in B2B, distribution, and channel sales, with strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of Sales / Business Development experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record managing sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong experience in B2B, distribution, channel, project or key-account sales.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Experience with sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management and KPI management.
• Experience managing multiple sales channels is highly preferred.
• Experience with Professional AV, Pro Audio, Musical Instruments, IT, Security, Display, System Integration, Electrical/MEP or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Own revenue, gross profit, sales growth, and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop Sales Managers and national sales teams.
• Develop Dealer/Retail, B2B/Project, B2G/E-Catalog, SI/Contractor, Key Account and E-Commerce channels.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers, dealers, partners, and principals.
• Establish effective sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI and performance-management systems.
• Identify new markets, business opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Work closely with Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Brand/Principal teams to ensure profitable growth.
