Sherwin-Williams seeks a National Sales Manager in Indonesia to lead sales planning, forecast demand, and manage packaging and coating market activities. You will drive sales volumes, margins, and customer communications while coordinating stock and order forecasts to meet market demand.

Your role includes developing product opportunities, supporting packaging teams, and ensuring timely collections, with focus on competitive advantage and operational excellence in the Indonesian market.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology & Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical / industrial / packaging / coating markets.
• Experience within metal coatings product related industries (3 years).
• Background in technical support / service (5 years).
• Detailed understanding of the technical aspects of Sherwin-Williams’s packaging products.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales budget volume, gross sales, and gross margin.
• Develop customer communication to understand demand trend for future supply requirements.
• Support product development for future business opportunity and market movement.
• Improve Sherwin-Williams competitive advantage.
• Maintain high accuracy on demand forecasts.
• Ensure collection and minimize DSO.
• Maintain sufficient stocks in Indonesia against customer demand forecast.
• Work with customers to provide accurate demand forecasts.
• Help customers manage stocks and order forecasting system.
• Build and support the Packaging team in Indonesia.
• Create effective teamwork.
• Address daily work issues and improvements.
