Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Indonesia is seeking an on-site technical services professional to support sales expansion and customer development. You will maintain relationships with existing customers, provide on-site technical services, and introduce new products and equipment to customers, solving coating-related problems.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration, participate in debugging new projects, and optimize spraying parameters based on product characteristics.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in coating technical services or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering; high school graduates with extensive experience may be considered.
• Independent and successful problem solving in industrial paint applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical services to support sales expansion and customer development.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and perform on-site verification services.
• Introduce new products and equipment to customers and assist in problem solving on-site.
• Collaborate with internal teams (laboratory, sales, production) to relay feedback and improve processes.
• Participate in debugging new projects and coordinate with customer personnel during inspections.
• Adjust spraying parameters according to coating product characteristics.
• Support R&D to follow up on new products and customer complaints.
