Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Manager for the Accessories division to drive national sales strategy across Jakarta and nationwide. You will build strong partnerships with dealers and distributors, ensure product distribution, visibility, and inventory control across Modern Trade and General Trade channels, and lead a data-driven sales approach.

The role requires at least 6 years in consumer electronics or IT sales with 3 years in a leadership capacity, plus strong Mandarin and English

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in consumer electronics or IT sales, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with Mobile Accessories, IoT, Wearables.
• Strong channel management across MT and GT with dealer networks.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop national sales roadmaps to meet revenue targets.
• Manage and expand dealers and distributors across MT and GT.
• Monitor pricing, trends, and market dynamics to optimize positioning.
• Track stock movement and ensure visibility and healthy inventory turnover.
• Strengthen partnerships with retail partners and regional wholesalers.
