Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a hands-on National Sales Manager to lead Indonesia's nationwide commercial sales strategy across electronics, lighting, and industrial products. You will build distributor networks, drive revenue growth, and optimize pricing and margins.

You will mentor ASMs and RSMs, translate market data into actionable plans, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align commercial objectives with the company’s growth agenda in a lean, fast-paced

Qualifications

7–10+ years of commercial sales experience in electrical, lighting, consumer electronics, or related categories; at least 3 years in a National Sales Manager or senior leadership role.
Strong channel/distributor network development and market expansion experience.
Business English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop nationwide sales and distribution strategies to expand market coverage and revenue.
Penetrate untapped markets and build distributor networks across Indonesia.
Lead and develop ASMs and RSMs; collaborate with sales analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze pricing, trade discounts, rebates, and channel strategies to maximize margins.
Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to CEO and senior management.
