PT. Pelayaran Guntur Line seeks a Mandarin-speaking Personal Assistant in Jakarta to support senior leadership with real-time interpretation, translation, and daily administrative coordination.

Fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English, plus experience in interpretation and translation, is essential. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time oral interpretation during meetings, business discussions, and field visits between Mandarin-speaking management and local teams.
• Translate documents, emails, contracts, and presentation materials from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa.
• Manage daily schedules, meeting calendars, and appointments for leadership.
• Arrange business travel including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and transportation.
• Screen emails, phone calls, and messages directed to leadership and respond on their behalf when required.
• Organize and maintain company documents, confidential files, and reports in an orderly manner.
• Attend internal and external meetings, record key points (Minutes of Meeting) in Mandarin and Indonesian, and distribute accordingly.
• Prepare presentation materials, daily/weekly/monthly reports, and expense reports for leadership.
• Ensure leadership instructions are communicated to relevant teams and monitor task progress.
• Handle leadership's personal matters related to work operations and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
