Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Psychology, Management, Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in HRGA/HR Generalist.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or EXIM is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee administration and data, support recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
• Support employee relations and welfare needs.
• Prepare HR documents and admin tasks, support HR programs.
• Ensure admin compliance with regulations and ISO 9001:2015.
