Skavana Consumer Partners is seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and scale our F&B operations across multiple outlets. You will oversee end-to-end store performance, drive efficiency, manage multi-unit teams, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver strong margins and exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a builder mindset, ownership, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B operations.
• Proven track record in managing multi-outlet operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-standard F&B environments (QSR / healthy concepts / premium casual dining).
• Strong understanding of SOPs, P&L, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end outlet operations, including daily execution, SOP compliance, and service quality.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and margin improvement.
• Lead, train, and manage multi-unit teams.
• Ensure excellence in store execution and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance).
• Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
