Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end branch development projects across multiple brands and locations in Indonesia. You will own the project strategy, timeline, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and within quality standards.

You have 5+ years in project management, strong planning and cost-management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in multi-site development, construction, expansion, or facilities.
• Strong background in strategic project planning, cost management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors/contractors.
• Excellent problem-solving mindset—calm, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different brands or locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, PM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the entire lifecycle of new branch development projects, from planning to handover.
• Own project strategy, timeline, and budget across multiple brands and locations.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Project Construction, Project Designer, QS, and Location Analyst.
• Drive cost efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks early and provide practical, data-driven solutions to unblock project issues.
• Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point for complex project challenges.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business growth plans.
