Job summary

DIGITAL 3 Bali Staff Admin Online Shop oversees e-commerce operations across Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace and Blibli. You answer customer questions, handle complaints, process orders, monitor tracking, and keep stock updated to ensure listings are accurate and available.

You will manage store social accounts, create promotions, run campaigns, and design product photos and banners for Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Admin Online Shop or similar role.
• Good knowledge of major e-commerce platforms.
• Able to use computer, MS Office and basic graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and handle complaints.
• Receive, process, monitor (tracking), and track customer orders.
• Update product stock regularly and ensure listings are accurate.
• Manage online store social media accounts and interact with customers.
• Create store promotions and run marketing campaigns.
• Design and edit high-quality product photos for listings.
