Job summary

DIGITAL 3 Bali Staff Admin Online Shop oversees e-commerce operations across Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace and Blibli. You answer customer questions, handle complaints, process orders, monitor tracking, and keep stock updated to ensure listings are accurate and available.

You will manage store social accounts, create promotions, run campaigns, and design product photos and banners for Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Admin Online Shop or similar role.
• Good knowledge of major e-commerce platforms.
• Able to use computer, MS Office and basic graphic design.

Job description

Staff Admin Online Shop responsible for managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms including Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, and Blibli.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer questions and handle complaints

Receive, process, monitor (tracking), and track customer orders

Update product stock regularly, ensure products listed in online store are accurate and available, process complaints and returns

Manage online store social media accounts, create posts and interact with customers

Create store promotions, run marketing campaigns, and increase online store visibility

Design and edit high-quality product photos for product listings on Shopee and TikTok Shop

Design promotional banners for store decoration (Store Homepage) and major campaign needs such as 11.11 or Payday Sale

About you

Minimum education: SMAK/SMK or equivalent

Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, FB marketplace, Blibli)

Able to use computer, Microsoft Office software, online e-commerce and graphic design

Minimum 1 year experience as Admin Online Shop or similar role

Good communication skills (verbal and written) and able to work with team

Possess Class C driving license and own motorcycle

Able to work shifts and willing to work overtime

Physically and mentally healthy

Own computer or laptop
