Job summary
Erdigma Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for PT Erha Idea Cipta Karsa (EICK). The role ensures stock accuracy and visibility across multiple Fulfillment Centers and manufacturing warehouses, supporting operational efficiency and preventing stock discrepancies.
You will monitor stock movement, optimize allocations, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, and vendors. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in inventory control, strong Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, industrial engineering, accounting, supply chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for stock reconciliation and analysis.
- Understanding of safety stock, aging, slow-moving items, and stock coverage.
- Familiar with WMS/ERP or inventory monitoring systems a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform stock reconciliation with Fulfillment Center partners.
- Monitor inventory movement across multiple locations.
- Analyze stock aging and trends to optimize stock.
- Coordinate stock transfers, returns, and disposal.
- Prepare inventory reports daily, weekly, monthly.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and vendors on audits.
