Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking an energetic E-commerce Channel Manager to execute plans across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, and other platforms. You will analyze competitors, manage CRM, pricing, banners, and live streams, while collaborating with partners and delivering data-driven reports.

The role requires 1–2 years in channel management and a background in business or marketing. Jakarta-based with a dynamic, consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing Communication.
• 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce channel management.
• Experience in the beauty industry, E-commerce, or retail is a plus.
• Understanding of internal e-commerce advertising. Proficiency in data analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Magento software.

Responsibilities

• Execute the channel plan as scheduled, ensuring timely channel operations.
• Analyze and benchmark competitor actions for each brand across channels to generate ideas and assess performance.
• Set standard prices, discount rates, and flash sale prices; update banners, PDPs, and landing pages.
• Engage in daily CRM activities, including inbound/outbound chat on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, erhastore.co.id, and others.
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external partners to meet goals.
• Generate daily and weekly reports with analyses, insights, and recommendations based on data.
• Manage marketing activities, especially live streaming processes, on the channels.
• Administer and ensure delivery of channel tasks per SLAs to maintain operations.
