World Safe Service SelfStorage is seeking a Moving Manager to lead and grow the moving, delivery, and pickup operations across Bali. You will coordinate clients, drivers, movers, and schedules, ensuring quality service from booking to completion.

We are looking for a Moving Manager to manage and develop our moving, delivery, and pickup operations across Bali. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating clients, drivers, movers, transportation, schedules, payments, and the overall quality of moving services.

Key responsibilities

Manage all moving, delivery, and pickup operations

Coordinate drivers, movers, and transportation for each order

Schedule and assign moving teams based on client requirements

Communicate with clients and confirm all moving details

Prepare and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules

Monitor the entire moving process from booking to completion

Ensure all items are handled, loaded, transported, and unloaded safely

Coordinate deliveries and pickups between clients and WSS storage facilities

Solve operational issues and handle unexpected situations during moving jobs

Monitor drivers' and movers' performance and service quality

About you
