Job summary

PT. BLACKMAGIC DESIGN MANUFACTURING in Batam, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Toolroom specialist.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in toolroom work, strong mould making knowledge for plastic products, and understanding of mould structure and accessories. You will design electrodes for CNC milling, create positioning drawings, and support internal projects with jig or fixture development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in toolroom work in plastics moulding.
• Knowledge of mould structure and accessories.
• Ability to design electrodes for CNC milling.

Responsibilities

• Assess mold structure and separate parts aligned with the mold design.
• Design electrodes for CNC milling per mold insert geometry.
• Create process drawings and positioning layouts for each machine.
• Support internal projects by making jigs or fixtures.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Demonstrate teamwork and strong communication.

Job description

Has working experience on the same field ( Toolroom ) min 3 years.

Good knowledge in mould making ( Plastic Product ).

Understand mould structure and mould accessories.

Separate the parts on the mold structure that has been completed with the mold design.

Designing electrodes for the CNC milling machine process according to the shape of the parts on the mold insert.

Make plans or drawings according to the process of each machine in the form of positioning drawings.

Support internal projects in making jig or fixtures.

Can work independently without supervision.

Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
