Job summary

ABB in Indonesia is seeking a sales professional to drive the Motion Drive Products business in Surabaya, aligning with strategic goals and growth targets. You will identify opportunities, manage customer relationships, and deliver drive solutions that improve energy efficiency and productivity.

Leverage your technical and commercial expertise to meet orders, revenue, and market share objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role is hybrid with the Surabaya base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial automation, motion, drives, motor or related electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of variable speed drives and motor control solutions.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships in B2B.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of ABB Motion Drive Products within the assigned market and meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to enable sustainable growth in orders, revenue and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and deliver drive solutions that improve energy efficiency and productivity.
• Support administration, cash collection and project management activities when needed.
